Consumer Agreement

• All orders once received will process and ship within 3-5 business days. All frozen food orders need to be shipped in separate packages and ship next day air or second day air on Monday or Tuesday only. Any other times may be coordinated with advanced notice via email to hawaiianfoodmail@aol.com. Any out of stock item will be shipped as soon as the supplier has the item(s) back in stock. All perishables will be packed accordingly, but please make arangements to bring indoors as soon as possible.

Shipping & Delivery

• At this time, Hawaiian Food Online ships merchandise only to locations within the continental United States and not to international locations. Nor does Hawaiian Food Online ship to Puerto Rico, Guam or the US Virgin Islands. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.
