| Cooking Instructions: | |
| Skin aku and cut into 1/2 in thick strips any length. Lightly salt all pieces and place on cookie rack. Place rack on table in front of a fan. Make sure fan blows above and below rack of fish. Fish should be dried in about 12 hrs. Time can vary depending on how dry you want the aku. | |
